Removing or burying search results is what Reputation Management is all about! First, you could try contacting the webmaster at these sites and request removal. Site contact information if not at those sites can usually be found in WhoIs databases. Some do it yourself information can be found at http://fairwindsweb.com/letter.html for removal requests and http://fairwindsweb.com/tips-tools-and-reputation-management-resources.html or http://fairwindsweb.com/free-reputation-management.html for burying. Hope this helps.

How do we respond to the complaints, when we don't know who the person complaining is. We service numerous residential and commerical properties and it is hard to keep up with who are pleased with our company and who are dissatisfied with our company. The dissatified customers have not allowed us to fix or to respond to the problem in a professional manner. Most of the complaints are from owner error in not keeping the equipment properly maintained. How do we remove the complaints that are showing up on "ripoff report" "yelp" "merchantcircle" "yellowbot" and "bbb".
